Steve Harrington
Project Manager and Coffee Guzzler
I was born and raised as the youngest of four in a small Washington town. I graduated from Central Washington University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. After Graduating I married my high school sweetheart, then spent the next 5 years designing machines for various industrial applications, and installing for CPC on the side. I started as a full time Project Manager for CPC in 2017 and can honestly say I am one of the lucky few who actually likes their job. When I’m not working, I like to play with my two beautiful daughters, discover small breweries, and work on American muscle cars.
Interesting fact: I have caught a touchdown pass from 2 different Seahawk quarterbacks. (two hand touch is still football)
Amanda Coon
Contract Administrator and Newest Member of the CPC Equipment Team
Born and raised here in Washington state in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. After graduating High School, I decided to take a couple year break and follow my dream; traveling down the road chasing the next rodeo. From a young age I have been on the back of a horse – I grew up Barrel racing and helping on the family farm. After slowing down, I decided on trade school to get my medical assisting degree so I can work closely with people. After about 10 years in the medical field I was presented the opportunity to work for a manufacturing company which then lead me to the construction industry. I love my job here at CPC and I love the team of guys I get to work with daily.
In my free time, I love spending quality time with my husband and 2 kids: a free-spirited teen and very energetic 6-year-old.
Interesting fact: I am obsessed with mini farm animals. I just got a pregnant mini donkey named Tapatia. Next, a mini cow!
Al Harrington
President and Wanna-be Beach Bum
Howdy! I am Snohomish, WA native that is really a Beach Bum in my soul. Graduated from Washington State University in 2005 and then fell straight back into my old habits forming and pouring structural concrete. In late 2007 I hit Craigslist Gold and began work at CPC Equipment learning the ins and outs of the Locker World. After 10 years I was presented the opportunity to buy the company and now here we are! Outside of work, I’ll be found hangin’ with my lovely bride, Elizabeth, & baby girls, Lilly and Lucy Goose, or tinkering with something in the shop.
Interesting Fact: I had to re-learn to walk when I was 18 years old after a gnarly spinal surgery
Branden Russell
Project Manager and CPC’s Sole UW Supporter (Go Dawgs)
After graduating High School I spent the next 5 years as a professional cyclist traveling the world before heading back home to what will always be home, the PNW. I then spent the next few years working in a random assortment of industries, from autoimmune research to converting sprinter vans into custom campers, before landing at CPC. When not at work you’ll find me restoring classic BMWs, messing around with a 3d Printer, or racing my bike.
Interesting Fact: I am a certified Phlebotomist
Dan Johnson
Project Manager and Owner of CPC’s Only Legitimate Beard
A native to the Northwest, I was born and raised in the greater Seattle area. After graduating from Washington State University (Go Cougs) I spent nearly a decade as a supervisor in Manufacturing making parts for everything from orthotics to airplanes. My experience in manufacturing allows me to work with our vendors in a very relatable and personal way.
If I weren’t working at CPC, I would either be back in manufacturing or pursuing a new business idea/venture: Dad-Bod Coffee.
Interesting fact: I once had breakfast with Don Hewitt (Creator of the show “60 Minutes”)
