Al Harrington
President, Wanna-be Beach Bum, and the inevitable Fantasy Football Bridesmaid
Howdy! I am Snohomish, WA native that is really a Beach Bum in my soul. Graduated from Washington State University in 2005 and then fell straight back into my old habits forming and pouring structural concrete. In late 2007 I hit Craigslist Gold and began work at CPC Equipment learning the ins and outs of the Locker World. After 10 years I was presented the opportunity to buy the company and now here we are! Outside of work, I’ll be found hangin’ with my lovely bride, Elizabeth, lovely daughters Lilly and Lucy Goose, or son Calvin, or tinkering with something in the shop.
Interesting Fact: I had to re-learn to walk when I was 18 years old after a gnarly spinal surgery
Adam Dempsey
VP of Operations and …
I’m a hands-on builder, leader, and problem-solver with over 25 years in the construction industry. I’ve led crews, run my own business, and tackled tough challenges with practical, creative solutions that work in the real world. Whether it’s mentoring new talent, streamlining complex jobs, or rolling up my sleeves on site, I bring a team-first mindset and a drive to get things done right.
Off the jobsite, I stay grounded by giving back—through coaching, volunteering, and mentoring. I’m also an avid outdoorsman who’s happiest hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, or blazing 4×4 trails. (Fun fact: I was once a competitive lumberjack.)
At the end of the day, I’m all about building—projects, people, and stronger communities.
Amanda Coon
Contract Administrator and Barrel Racing Queen
Born and raised in Washington State, I’m proud to call the beautiful Pacific Northwest home. After graduating from high school. I decided to attend trade school and earn my Medical Assisting degree, allowing me to pursue my passion for helping and working closely with people. After spending nearly, a decade in the medical field, I was presented with an opportunity in manufacturing, which ultimately led me into the construction industry.
Today, I am grateful to be part of the team at CPC. I genuinely enjoy the work I do and appreciate the talented group of people I have the privilege of working alongside every day. I look forward to continuing to grow and evolve with the company.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son, who keeps me on my toes and makes every day an adventure. I still love being in the saddle and competing in barrel racing whenever I can. At home, life is never dull with my two dogs by my side—JJ, an overprotective but loyal and loving Corgi/Heeler mix, and Saige, a chocolate Heeler who is as sweet and lovable as they come.
Fun fact: I am obsessed with baby cows…
Branden Russell
Estimator, Backstop, and CPC’s Sole UW Supporter (Go Dawgs)
After graduating High School I spent the next 5 years as a professional cyclist traveling the world before heading back to what will always be home, the PNW. I then spent the next few years working in a random assortment of industries, from autoimmune research to converting sprinter vans into custom campers, before landing at CPC. When not at work you’ll find me scuba diving, traveling, building something, or racing my bike.
Interesting Fact: I am a certified Phlebotomist
Dan Johnson
Project Manager and Inaugural CPC Fantasy Football Champion
A Northwest native, I was born and raised in the greater Seattle area. After graduating from Washington State University, I spent about a decade in Manufacturing before transitioning to the Construction industry.
I enjoy long walks through unfinished buildings, work-light-lit dinners, and cuddling up with a good OSHA training manual on a rainy day.
If I ever fail to make it in the Construction industry, my backup plan is to start a chain of coffee stands: Dad-Bod Coffee – the place to go for good coffee and the best dad jokes around!
Interesting Fact: My first job was at a fish processing plant in Naknek, Alaska.
Steve Harrington
Project Manager and Coffee Guzzler
I was born and raised as the youngest of four in a small Washington town. I graduated from Central Washington University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. After Graduating I married my high school sweetheart, then spent the next 5 years designing machines for various industrial applications, and installing for CPC on the side. I started as a full time Project Manager for CPC in 2017 and can honestly say I am one of the lucky few who actually likes their job. When I’m not working, I like to play with my two beautiful daughters, discover small breweries, and work on American muscle cars.
Interesting fact: I have caught a touchdown pass from 2 different Seahawk quarterbacks. (two hand touch is still football)
Cosmo Andoloro
Project Manager of Specialty Metals
I’m Cosmo, a seasoned Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in structural, architectural, and miscellaneous metals—where precision and creativity converge to shape the built environment.
With a background in Business and Project Management, I anchor technical execution in strategic foresight, detailed planning, and clear communication. Whether steering through complexities in the field or orchestrating seamless planning behind the scenes, I take pride in delivering results that are both practical and impactful.
Outside of work, I’m a proud father of two daughters and two pugs. I thrive on time with my family—whether we’re camping, traveling, chasing the next unforgettable view, or unwinding with movies and a backyard barbecue. I make it a point to catch an NFL or MLB game in every major city I’m lucky enough to visit, and I unapologetically subject my friends to the full force of my unwavering loyalty to the Chicago Bears.
For me, building goes far beyond job sites—it’s about forging lasting relationships. I believe the best partnerships are fueled by curiosity, shared purpose, and genuine enthusiasm to create.

I was born and raised in Washington State and loved playing baseball and soccer while growing up. After graduating high school I married my high school sweetheart and started our family together. We love traveling and helping others in the community.
